Ordering + Shipping

When will I receive my order?

Order processing takes approximately 1-2 business days before being shipped. Your order should arrive within 5-7 business days from the date the order is placed. Canadian orders may take up to 12 business days.

Do you ship internationally?

At this time, we ship to all US territories and Canada. However, we are working on expanding internationally in the future.

Are there any shipping fees?

Great news! Shipping is free and will automatically apply to your order at checkout.

How do I cancel my subscription to a product?

You can cancel the subscription option anytime by clicking HERE. Enter your Order Number and you will be redirected to the Product Order page. Here you can cancel your order, cancel certain items, or cancel the subscription option by checking the box beside the item (on right side), then checking the “Cancel subscription” box.

How do I cancel my order?

If your order hasn’t been shipped yet, just click HERE to cancel it — make sure you have your Order Number ready. If you’ve already received a Shipment Confirmation email, you can still cancel your order by speaking with Customer Service at (844) 794-7728 or emailing Support@UnitedNaturals.com.

What is the best way to store your products?

We recommend our products be stored in a cool, dry place, such as a pantry or cabinet. You can also keep probiotic products in the refrigerator to extend their shelf-life, but this is not required.

Can I take supplements with my medication?

We recommend consulting with your doctor if you are taking any medications.

How do I start the return/refund process?

If you are not completely satisfied with any United Naturals product, just return the unused portion to us within 60 days and we will happily refund your purchase (minus a $4.95 restocking fee).

  1. To start your product return/refund, first locate your Order Number. This can be found on the confirmation email we sent you or on the packing slip that came with your order.
  2. Click HERE to begin the return/refund process online.
  3. If you have any problems, simply call (844) 794-7728 or email us at Support@UnitedNaturals.com and a member of our Customer Service team will gladly assist you.

You can find this number in your confirmation email or on the packing slip with your order.

What if I can’t find my Order Number?

You can contact us at Support@UnitedNaturals.com or call (844) 794-7728 and we’ll provide you with your Order Number.

I just requested my refund. Now what happens?

  1. We will send you a prepaid shipping label to your email address. Just print it, attach it to the shipping box, and send it back to us.
  2. Once your order has been received at our facility, it usually takes 2-3 business days to process your refund.
  3. We will then issue you your refund (minus the $4.95 restocking fee). You will also receive an email confirmation. Please allow 3-7 days for your bank to process your refund.

Can I return a product after 60 days?

If you are unhappy with your order or the product after the 60-day period, we will issue a store credit for the value of your order.
