FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

How long until I get my order? 

Most orders for United Naturals ship from our warehouse the same day you place your order. That being said, during this uncertain time, our warehouse team is exercising additional precautions in response to COVID-19. These safety measures help protect our employees and your products, however, that means smaller teams than usual. 

In the U.S., orders are still shipping out in 3-5 business days and arrive at your doorstep within 4-10 business days. If you’re outside of the U.S., we’re being advised to expect delays for international shipping. Thank you for your understanding and support! 

How much can I order?

Currently, there is no limit to how much you can order. Feel free to stock-up on a few months supply of any of our available supplements.

What are you doing to keep your warehouses safe?

Our warehouses adhere to extremely high safety, sanitation, and safe-handling standards. However, that’s nothing new for us. Additional measures we’re taking at this time are limiting the number of team members allowed in the warehouse at once and making sure to adhere to social distancing requirements. We also monitor every warehouse employee coming into the facility and ask all non-essential staff to work from home. 

What are you doing to keep your products safe?

We take the safety of our products seriously which means we require employees to regularly wash their hands. Not only that, we require all employees to utilize their personal protective equipment in production areas. This equipment is specially designed to prevent the transmission of bacteria or other contaminants to our product. Our employees are regularly trained on these procedures and have continued to adhere to our strict sanitation standards throughout this situation.

In addition, we have assigned a group to clean and sanitize our facility. We are diligently monitoring each and every employee upon arrival and inquire about any unforeseen signs of illness. Even our shift schedules have altered to provide additional time between shifts and stagger breaks to limit congregation of team members where possible. 

We are engaged in continual education of our staff and are committed to providing regular updates on the situation.
